We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Lifemark. As a key member of our corporate recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Researching: Utilize your expertise to source candidates and develop full-cycle recruitment plans for our corporate offices.
  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Apply your knowledge to ensure an efficient, transparent, effective, inclusive, and equitable candidate experience, including conducting telephone screenings, creating job postings, and onboarding new hires.
  • Bilingual Relationship Management: Guide and coach business leaders through the recruitment process, providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Weekly Reporting: Run reporting, metrics, and recruitment analytics to facilitate the growth of talent pipelines.
Requirements
  • Bilingual French and English
  • A minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with specialized positions within a medium to large organization
  • Strong sourcing and research skills to find the right talent and manage recruitment funnel yields
  • Experience managing multiple strategic searches and client relationships
  • Proficiency working with recruiting-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and reporting tools
  • Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Completion of post-secondary education in the field of Human Resources Management or a related discipline (an asset)
