We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Blenz Coffee. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
As a Baker at Blenz Coffee, you will work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
