Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electric Motor Systems Technician to join our team at Powerite Automotive Inc. As an Electric Motor Systems Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric motors, transformers, and other electro-mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain electric motors, transformers, and other electro-mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, transformers, and switchgear.
  • Testing and Quality Control: Test and inspect equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and testing.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Work Environment: Noisy and dusty work environment.
