Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medicine Hat.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces. This includes sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture, making beds, and restocking linens.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and tidy space
  • Make beds and change sheets to provide a comfortable stay for our guests
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our guests have everything they need
  • Stock linen closets to maintain a sufficient supply of linens
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized space
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean and tidy environment
