Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Passion Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and unloading materials, erecting scaffolding, and operating heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures.
  • Operate pile driving cranes to drive pilings into the ground.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work 36 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
