We are a leading provider of industrial supplies and equipment, and we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling heavy equipment and industrial supplies to various customers, both locally and nationally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, as well as a strong understanding of the industrial equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for heavy equipment and industrial supplies to customers.
  • Prepare Sales Contracts: Develop and negotiate sales contracts with customers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Read Blueprints and Specifications: Review blueprints and specifications to determine the dimensions and material requirements for heavy equipment and industrial supplies.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, including credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Use Sales Forecasting Software: Utilize sales forecasting software to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
