Key Responsibilities- Estimate and Quote Prices: Provide accurate and competitive pricing for heavy equipment and industrial supplies to customers.
- Prepare Sales Contracts: Develop and negotiate sales contracts with customers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Read Blueprints and Specifications: Review blueprints and specifications to determine the dimensions and material requirements for heavy equipment and industrial supplies.
- Conduct Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, including credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Use Sales Forecasting Software: Utilize sales forecasting software to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Salesforce, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Language: Fluency in English.
