Transport Reefer Technician Job Description

Bison Transport invests in top-notch equipment and personnel to maintain our growing fleet of tractors and trailers. We offer cutting-edge technology and software to support our team's success. As a Transport Reefer Technician, you'll work in a clean, innovative, and professional shop environment, collaborating with a skilled team to achieve excellence in maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure the company's trailer fleet operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, communicating findings to the Maintenance Team.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Department to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in reefer diagnosis and repairs is mandatory.
  • Ozone Depletion Certificate would be an asset.
  • Experience using computers to enter work orders.
  • Good communication skills with a professional attitude.
  • Hold a valid Driver's License.
