About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Stacked Pancake House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of all kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure that we are always stocked with the freshest and highest quality products.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment, and that our high standards of quality are consistently met.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership and management abilities, strong communication and teamwork skills
