Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service while responsibly serving food and beverages, ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our offerings, brand, and the surrounding area.
  • Engage in various tasks including cleaning, stocking, organizing, ordering, and managing inventory.
  • Prepare beverages for both the service team and personal orders.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative beverage menus.
  • Ensure guest safety by verifying age and identification, adhering to responsible service practices.
  • Deliver timely, friendly, and thoughtful customer service to enhance guest comfort.
  • Accurately take orders and interact with patrons, promoting our products and sharing your extensive beverage knowledge.
  • Build rapport with locals and regular guests, including members of our loyalty program.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift heavy items, up to 160.5 lbs (such as kegs and furniture).
  • Strong background in hospitality within a fast-paced environment.
  • Current Proserve certification is required.
  • Entry-level Beer Server Cicerone certification is preferred.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of beer culture.
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and reliability.
