Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

At Light Speed Logistics Inc., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor-trailer combination to transport goods and materials across the country.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 or A Driver's License.
  • Experience as a Long Haul Truck Driver, preferably with a reputable company.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
