Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Complying with Hall's safety protocols and standards
- Conducting daily pre-inspections and basic maintenance of machinery
- Operating foundation drilling equipment efficiently
- Hoisting, offloading, and installing rebar cages safely
- Organizing onsite material placement in a safe manner
- Managing drilling spoils, water, and concrete on site
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Highly motivated with a robust work ethic
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Strong knowledge of elevation and grading
- Experience in loading trucks
- Familiarity with trimming operations
- Expertise in detailed footing and mechanical excavation
