About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Binx Professional Cleaning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning to Standards: Complete all cleaning tasks to the high standards set out in our Reference List and Staff Binders.
  • Preparation and Organization: Prepare all cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment every day for proper use.
  • Quality Control: Double-check all cleaning tasks to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Understand and follow daily schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Client Communication: Take an active effort in positive client communications when possible.
Requirements
  • Previous Cleaning Experience: Having previous cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Vehicle and License: All candidates must have their vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance for this position.
  • Background Check: All employees are required to pass a police background check.
