About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Entuitive. As a key member of our restoration services group, you will be responsible for leading small to medium-sized structural restoration projects from investigation to design and contract administration.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural restoration, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, assisting with business development initiatives, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead small to medium-sized structural restoration projects from investigation to design and contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members in technical and contract administration roles.
  • Monitor internal project costs and review monthly invoicing.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Entuitive.
Requirements
  • Professional Engineer licensed in the Province of Alberta with a minimum of 7-10 years of structural restoration project experience.
  • Ability to lead small to medium-sized structural restoration projects with limited guidance and supervision.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and good to excellent written communication and computer skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction materials and products used in building construction, with a focus on concrete repair and restoration, corrosion protection, traffic toppings, expansion joints, and waterproofing systems.
  • Aptitude for working within existing facilities.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
