Job Overview:
Alert Labs is seeking a skilled individual to support our Manufacturing assembly team. With a strong electronics background, the successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products, providing first-level debug and repair support for manufacturing line fallout and field returns. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a small team. He/she will have 1 to 3 years' experience in a technical role(s) within an electronics manufacturing environment with experience in product assembly, product debug & product repair.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform first-level debug and repair of manufacturing line fallout
- Analyze, identify root cause, and disposition of field returns
- Coordinate with US-based third-party to ensure timely processing of US-based product returns
- Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments to and from US-based third-party to support US-based distribution
- Provide basic-level technical support for equipment and applications
- Perform PCB assembly-level solder repairs/reworks in support of development and production needs
- Manage small projects, including product reworks and coordination of manufacturing-related tasks
- Assemble products in support of business priorities as needed

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education with an electronics focus
- Previous experience in electronic product debug and repair, including PCB-level solder skills
- Ability to manage small projects with multiple actions and priorities
- Analytical thinker with good attention to detail
- Excellent initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional groups
