About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our team at Canonical. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex software engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project scope statements.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software engineering and project management tools and technologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 6-8 weeks per year, with occasional international travel.
