**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with their shopping needs

• Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

• Perform tasks involving firm grasping, lifting, and moving up to 18 kg (40 lbs.)

• Operate equipment, including using a ladder

**Requirements**

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible to work in other areas and on cash

• Availability to work day, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours per week
