Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions and maximum efficiency.

Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of a certified Building Technology or Architectural program in a professionally recognized institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years' relevant experience in the Canadian Architectural Industry, with a strong background in project management.
  • Skills: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, working knowledge of Revit and Sketchup, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
