Position Title: Parts Advisor
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Saturday)
Overview: Are you known for your sales acumen and exceptional customer service skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Join our dynamic team at FFUN Group as a Parts Advisor. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive the best service and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support technicians and service advisors in identifying and procuring necessary parts.
- Assist customers, suppliers, and dealership personnel with inquiries and orders.
- Facilitate the ordering, delivery, and installation of parts and accessories across various departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Oversee inventory management according to the weekly schedule, keeping staff updated on pricing and availability.
- Ensure all internal parts requests are accurately billed on service repair orders.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Parts Technician Certificate and relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in computer usage and possess excellent phone communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience with CDK software is an advantage.
- Previous dealership experience is beneficial.
- A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License is required upon hiring.
