- Propose enhancements to existing processes.
- Conduct testing for system integrations related to tax functions.
- Collaborate with Payroll teams to ensure alignment.
- 3-5 years of experience in Canadian payroll operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian taxation laws.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.
- Highly organized and self-driven.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings as necessary.
