Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A. Verani Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for food and supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills.
