Meat Department Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Meat Counter Clerk to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Meat Counter Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the highest quality of meat products.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing meat products, provide product information and recommendations, and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
- Meat Preparation: Prepare and package meat products for sale, including cutting, trimming, and wrapping.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, receive and stock meat shipments, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
- Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including the meat department, and ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a meat department or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
The Meat Counter Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
