Position Overview:

As a Food & Beverage Ambassador, your role is to deliver outstanding service to our patrons. Your warmth, meticulousness, and extensive product knowledge will ensure our guests feel valued and appreciated.

• Serving beverages to bar patrons;
• Possessing in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in their selections;
• Welcoming and attending to guests;
• Surpassing customer expectations;
• Ensuring guest satisfaction;
• Adhering to Fairmont Hotels' standards and protocols;
• Preparing drinks for restaurant and lounge staff;
• Participating in departmental meetings and training sessions;
• Completing assigned responsibilities as needed;
• Managing inventory, requisitioning, rotating, and storing beverages;
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the bar;
• Executing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English & French);
• Prior experience as a bartender is preferred;
• Familiarity with point of sale systems is advantageous;
• Exceptional communication abilities;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails and spirits;
• Beverage service certification is a plus;
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Dependable and responsible.
