We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Diana Distribution Center Ltd.
Job Summary:The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat for sale. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle heavy loads.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Weigh meats for sale
- Price meat products
- Grind meats
- Slice cooked meats
- Prepare special orders
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
The Meat Cutter will work in a cold/refrigerated environment and be required to handle heavy loads.
