  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of the transportation department, including scheduling, routing, and logistics.
    • Ensure that all transportation activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all transportation activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
    • Monitor and report on any safety incidents or near misses.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including dispatchers, drivers, and other transportation professionals.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a transportation operations role.
  • Skills and Abilities

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
