Dillon Consulting, a leading engineering firm, is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to contribute to our dynamic team.

Your Role:

  • Lead the execution of diverse civil engineering projects, encompassing earthwork analysis, road design, sewer system evaluation, and watermain design.
  • Produce clear and concise technical drawings and reports to effectively communicate design concepts and project progress to stakeholders.
  • Maintain meticulous oversight of project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to relevant parties.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their professional development within the team.
  • Contribute to quantity calculations, cost estimations, and contract administration processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues on design tasks and ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Maintain comprehensive project design records for future reference and analysis.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Proven expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D software and stormwater management principles.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience within the civil/land development sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sewer design and urban site planning methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of design constraints and a proven ability to develop creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
