Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Robert Alexis Traiteur. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals, buffets, and breakfasts, both hot and cold, to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Assemble and decorate food plates to create visually appealing dishes.
  • Receive and package goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen, including equipment and utensils, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Perform other tasks related to the proper functioning of the company, as required.

Working Hours:

This is a 40-hour per week position, working Monday to Friday, with hours from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of cooking basics and at least one year of experience in the field.
  • Experience in catering or large-volume production is an asset.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, and English spoken.
