This role is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, focusing on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
