Lead Consultant, Content Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of solutions offered by ScotiaTrust Estate and Trust Consultants (ETCs) across Western Canada. Your primary focus will be on business development and client onboarding, ensuring the effective execution of business strategies and plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and guidance to the ETC team, enabling them to achieve strong business results and deliver exceptional service to partners and clients.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to be successful.
- Deliver ongoing coaching and sales management to support ETCs' ability to drive strong business results and support their business partners.
- Ensure that ETCs are leveraging available tools and resources, following policies and procedures, and implementing solutions that are appropriate.
- Act as a first point of escalation for new business approvals and exceptions to pricing and other policies.
- Law degree or member in good standing of a Canadian law society would be an asset.
- In-depth experience dealing with high net worth clients and their advisors.
- Effective people management and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge and technical proficiency related to wealth and estate planning strategies.
- Thorough knowledge of the full Scotia Wealth product and service offering.
