We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Master Smoke Shop.
Job SummaryThe Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring that all sales staff are performing at their best, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and maintaining stock levels.
- Authorize payments and oversee payroll administration.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Vape shop environment.
TasksSupervise staff, assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, order merchandise, establish work schedules, sell merchandise, prepare reports, resolve issues, organize and maintain inventory, oversee payroll administration, supervise office and volunteer staff.
Supervision- 1 to 2 people.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
