We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at BDS CONSTRUCTIONS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse from the construction site.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly to prevent litter and maintain a clean site.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair as needed.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months to ensure safe access to the site.
Requirements:
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
Work Environment:
  • On-the-road job with varying work schedules.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language required for communication with colleagues and supervisors.
  • 32-40 hours per week of work, depending on the project requirements.
