About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Angel's Touch Home Care Ltd. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Medications: Safely administer medications to clients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Launder Clothing and Household Linens: Clean and launder clothing and household linens for clients, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
  • Provide Companionship: Engage in conversation and activities with clients, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Cook: Prepare healthy and nutritious meals for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
Certifications and Requirements
  • CPR Certificate: Possess a current CPR certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate: Possess a current First Aid certificate.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 15 hours per week.
