As a Culinary Specialist, you will work under the direction of the Culinary Manager to ensure the prompt preparation of meals, while upholding food safety standards, supervising kitchen operations, and facilitating efficient meal service.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring cleanliness in kitchen and food storage areas
  • Preparing high-quality, nutritious meals according to client schedules and menu specifications
  • Adapting to client dietary preferences and requirements
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Following company policies and procedures

Qualifications We Seek:

We are looking for individuals with a background in production cooking and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a line cook role. Candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check.
