Job Title: Retail Stock Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Associate to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for maintaining our store's stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock, including counting, weighing, and sorting items
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies
  • Restock shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Process customer transactions, including bagging, boxing, and preparing items for shipment or delivery
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Assist with order picking and filling, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
