We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Calgary. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable process.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices
- Perform cheque runs and generate payments
- Resolve accounts payable issues with vendors
- Conduct vendor account and bank reconciliations
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will have 1 year + experience in an accounts payable department, including exposure to 3-way match. You will possess an accounting diploma and/or be working towards CPA accounting designation. Additionally, you must have knowledge of the accounting cycle, fast and accurate data entry skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SAP and a large ERP platform. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a challenging opportunity, please apply.
