About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Promotions Specialist to join our team at Wanda Trading. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Develop Marketing Strategies

Assess the effectiveness of our current marketing strategies and develop new approaches to reach our target audience.

Oversee Marketing Materials

Supervise the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content.

Prepare Marketing Reports and Research

Conduct research and prepare reports on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.

Supervise Marketing Staff

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Respond to Business Enquiries

Respond to enquiries from business partners and stakeholders regarding marketing opportunities and development.

Conduct Market Research

Conduct surveys and analyze data on consumer buying habits and preferences.

Develop Marketing Strategies for Industrial and Commercial Products

Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.

Prepare Marketing Reports and Research Papers

Prepare reports, research papers, and educational texts on marketing topics.

Assist in Marketing Material Preparation

Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

Conduct Public Opinion and Attitude Surveys

Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion and attitudes towards our products and services.

Gather and Prepare Marketing Materials

Gather, research, and prepare marketing materials, including communications and online marketing content.

Consult with Clients

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
