Job Title: Welder Fabricator

Connor Industries is seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Work Setting

Our company operates in a fast-paced environment, and you will be working in a manufacture setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
