Position Overview

The Fuel Station Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at CIRCLE K GAS STATION. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service and effective team management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel to ensure efficient operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards
  • Create and manage work schedules for optimal staffing
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and employee matters
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues
  • Maintain organized inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to achieve operational goals
