Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with clients.
  • Wiring Installation: Execute the installation of underground wiring and cables.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
  • Service Design: Design and construct single-phase service for both single and multi-meter installations.
  • Wiring Connections: Splice, join, and connect wires efficiently.
  • Low Voltage Systems: Design and construct low voltage (30 to 750V) multiphase service for installations.
  • Testing: Conduct tests and measurements for voltage, loads, and ground fault integrity of circuits.
  • Material Selection: Determine suitable materials and methods for hazardous locations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and isolate faults in electrical systems.
  • Equipment Connection: Connect power to audio and visual equipment.
  • Cable Installation: Install surface mount and/or overhead cables.
  • Apprentice Instruction: Provide guidance and instruction to apprentices.
  • Power Generation: Install power generation, standby power generation, and power conditioning systems.
  • Grounding: Ground and bond electrical equipment, systems, and structures, including swimming pools and hot tubs.
  • System Renovation: Renovate electrical systems in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in the electrical field.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
