Your Role:
As a Power Platform Architect specializing in Dynamics 365 CE, you will work closely with a diverse team to strategize, coordinate, and implement top-notch solutions within Intelcom's technological framework. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning client business requirements with effective functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design functional specifications for solutions tailored to internal stakeholders;
- Assess and estimate solutions of varying complexity;
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and document business processes;
- Architect and deploy solutions that fulfill internal business needs;
- Configure applications utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technologies;
- Guide internal stakeholders through the acceptance and implementation phases;
- Develop strategies for unit and automated testing;
- Track the progress of solution development;
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed;
- Enhance analysis methodologies and processes;
- Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and leadership;
- Serve as a technology advocate for stakeholders;
- Mentor the development team and act as a trusted advisor to clients;
- Stay updated on advancements in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform;
- Translate requirements into user stories for the development team;
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle;
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth implementation and testing.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform;
- Background as a functional or business analyst;
- Experience in a complex B2B environment with integrated applications;
- Innovative mindset with strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French;
- Alignment with Intelcom's core values: Customer focus, Teamwork, Rigor, Innovation;
- Certifications such as PL-200, PL-600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240 are advantageous;
- Experience with Canvas apps is a plus;
- Interest in other Microsoft business solutions (e.g., ERP, Dynamics Finance, Supply Chain Management).
