  • Operational Excellence: Manage the night shift operations, resolving customer complaints, and identifying new opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide operational reporting and recommendations to senior management, ensuring all business units meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Brand Representation: Represent and promote the E360S brand in a positive and effective manner, upholding the company's values and reputation.
  • Financial Management: Manage the regional budget, ensuring each business unit operates within budget, and monitoring P&L reports.
  • Customer Service: Ensure customer service levels are consistent across all business units within the district, acting as a liaison between Corporate and the district.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in the environmental services industry or a similar field is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
