Your Role

We're looking for a Sales Associate Lumber, Millworks Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Associate Lumber, Millworks Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers warmly and ensuring an excellent customer experience
  • Assessing customer needs and providing well-informed and specialized advice about products
  • Presenting merchandise (including through demos), emphasizing item features, and recommending complementary items
  • Contributing to the merchandising of products in your department (e.g., displays, visual presentation, labeling, signage)
  • Staying informed of new products and their technical applications
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets
  • Working in accordance with the store's policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
