Champion Towing Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, preparing and submitting reports, and coordinating with our team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and coordinating with team members
- Prepare and submit reports to management, including operational metrics and performance data
- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Train and develop team members to improve productivity and performance
- Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Flexibility, organized, and team player
- Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week
- Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) weight handling
- English language proficiency
