We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team at Laboratoire Laroche. As a key member of our dental prosthetics department, you will be responsible for designing and creating dental devices that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design dental devices, including full or partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, inlays, onlays, clasps, and bands.
  • Modification and Repair: Modify dental devices to ensure a precise fit and optimal functionality.
  • Model Preparation: Prepare plaster models and moulds to create accurate replicas of patients' teeth.
  • Waxing and Finishing: Mould wax over denture set-ups, finish metal frameworks, and prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays.
  • Packing and Polishing: Pack plastic material in moulds to form full or partial dentures and polish and buff dentures to a high shine.
Technical Expertise
  • Plastering: Skilled in plastering techniques to create accurate models and moulds.
  • Packing: Experienced in packing plastic material to form dentures.
  • Waxing-up: Proficient in waxing techniques to create precise denture set-ups.
  • Polishing: Skilled in polishing and buffing techniques to achieve a high shine.
  • Assembly: Experienced in assembling dental devices to ensure optimal functionality.
Area of Specialization
  • Full Dentures: Experienced in designing and creating full dentures that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
  • Partial Dentures: Skilled in designing and creating partial dentures that ensure optimal functionality and comfort.
