At BluWave-ai, our mission is to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions to accelerate the transformation towards renewable energy. We apply cutting-edge AI technologies to increase the use of clean energy in smart grids and microgrids with distributed energy resources and demand response. We are driving the transition to electrification of transportation as the grid becomes the local energy hub.

We are seeking skilled software developers who are inspired by generalizing designs at all layers to handle different types of data to join our team and build our software-as-a-service platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support tools, services, and software of the platform, including data model and access, high-availability, fault-tolerance, scalability, infrastructure as a service, security, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable software solutions using Golang, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and augment data models that deal with customer-driven hierarchies of items.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in backend services development using Golang, Java, or equivalent programming languages.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and augmenting data models that deal with customer-driven hierarchies of items.
  • Experience with Grafana frontend and backend plugin development is considered an asset.
  • Strong knowledge, skills, and professional networking in the intersection of machine learning, data science, electrical engineering, and software development.
  • Startup experience and ground floor opportunities for growth in a team that includes PhD Smart Grid Engineers, Data Scientists, recent graduates, and seasoned business professionals.
