Job Title: Head Custodian

Lion's Gate Building Maintenance Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as required.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work at heights, in wet/damp environments, and in noisy conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
