Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at 16714 Yukon Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile and ensure their dining experience is exceptional.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
  • Take customers' orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work in a team setting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Client focus and reliability.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week, with a fast-paced environment.
  • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
