Job Title: Dispatchers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at IHAUL FREIGHT SYSTEM INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to prevent equipment failure
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operational needs
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
