We are seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team in the Credit Portfolio Management Group (CPM). As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing a portfolio of large US corporates and subsidiaries of non-US groups in diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive credit analyses, reviewing legal documentation, and ongoing portfolio monitoring under the supervision of a Senior Credit Analyst.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct financial statement analysis, review client strategies, and assess business risk, industry dynamics, and competitive environment.
- Propose and update Obligor Risk Ratings, monitor compliance with covenants, and review relevant legal documentation.
- Liaise with CPM teams, business lines, Bankers, legal & compliance, operations, and Risk department to ensure seamless collaboration.
- 8-10 years of experience as a credit analyst in a corporate and investment banking entity or related field.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Strong financial analytical skills, ability to assess credit terms and conditions, and proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of capital markets, traded products, and committed financing facilities.
