Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the vision and long-term strategy for the electrical department.
  • Oversee business development initiatives, identifying local market opportunities and assisting with proposal submissions.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of growth and development.
  • Ensure effective design execution and project management, including workload distribution and financial oversight.
  • Provide technical direction to the team, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project engineering within the building services sector.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in team management.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of provincial building codes, Canadian Electrical Code, and relevant standards.
  • Exceptional skills in business development and proposal preparation.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
