Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the vision and long-term strategy for the electrical department.
- Oversee business development initiatives, identifying local market opportunities and assisting with proposal submissions.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of growth and development.
- Ensure effective design execution and project management, including workload distribution and financial oversight.
- Provide technical direction to the team, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project engineering within the building services sector.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with local and national teams.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of provincial building codes, Canadian Electrical Code, and relevant standards.
- Exceptional skills in business development and proposal preparation.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
