We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Camp Chef to join our team at Universal Explorer Inc. As a Camp Chef, you will be responsible for planning and preparing meals for our team members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements. Plan and prepare complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
Inventory ManagementOrder and manage supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
Cleanliness and SafetyMaintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Customer ServicePrepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Work SettingAbility to work in various locations.
Physical DemandsPhysically demanding role requiring attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Personal SuitabilityJudgement, organized, reliability, time management, and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions- Work Hours
30 to 40 hours per week.
